Snipd lets you create snips hands-free with Siri. For this make sure that you updated the Snipd app to the latest version. Then, follow the steps below.
Open the Shortcuts app from iOS
Click on the + on the top right to create a new shortcut
Tap "search actions" and search for Snipd
Select the "Create snip" action
Save the shortcut
You can now use Siri with "Hey Siri, [name of the shortcut]". By default the name is "create snip", so the command will be "Hey Siri, create snip".
